The Strategy Group at CASS Business School invited me to work with them as a Visiting Lecturer. I teach the core strategy modules of the Executive MBA's and lead an elective called ‘Innovations in Strategic Thinking – breaking the mould'. During these sessions, students explore strategy ideas away from the traditional mainstream. They find this engaging and as exciting as going ‘off-piste' should be, as well as appreciating its relevance and applicability to their everyday reality. I also work with the Executive Education team at CASS, working this year with leaders from the NHS, Lovells and Anglo American.
