It often surprises people that there are many approaches to strategic thinking, formulation and action – not just one. In fact, the strategy field provides a rich choice of tools and concepts fit for different problems and organisational contexts. Being able to use different strategic approaches gives greater potential for insight and greater confidence to test-out new directions and ideas.
