The last twenty years of working with Shell’s global executives and the managers and leaders attending open and in-company programmes at Cranfield have given me a wealth of experience and material to draw on in terms of designing, leading and delivering executive learning events.

What I do best is to make strategic concepts interesting and easy to understand but, more importantly, actionable and useful. I aim to make leaders curious to know more and hungry to explore new ideas*
